UPDATE 7.17.24: All booths for the August Fourth Fridays event have been sold. Thank you all for participating, and be sure to mark your calendars for next year! Event Dates: Fourth Friday (May 24, June 28, and August 23) Event Location: Downtown Olathe, Green Space Event Time: 6 PM – 9 PM (Vendor Set up 4 PM – 5:30 PM) All vendors need to be set up by 5:30 PM and stay for the entirety of the event. Projected Attendance: 4,200 - 4,700 attendees per event Audience: residents, visitors, businesses Our Fourth Friday Series has become a family friendly summer tradition in Olathe. This free event offers live music, kids’ activities, food trucks, beer gardens, and so much more. Join us to highlight and promote your business. Offer marketing materials, promotions, sell products or services, offer samples, and much more.   *Vendor Booth – All Vendors are required to bring all necessary items for their booth, including table, chairs, tent, product, and more. *We encourage all booths to have a children’s friendly activity to aid in attendee interaction. **If sales are made, paperwork from the Kansas Dept. of Revenue for sales tax is required to be submitted on your behalf.

Chamber Coffee at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home

With more than 100 attendees, the coffees are the largest weekly networking event in the Kansas City metro area. They are held on Thursdays at a different member business or organization each week. Networking begins at 9:00, with a half hour program at 9:30, followed by additional networking for those who want to continue. Guests are welcome!

Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Recertification

Lee’s Summit Participant – Camp SOARLand 2024

This year's SOAR Camp theme is Camp SOARLand, a family game night! Campers will participate in a variety of activities throughout the day including crafts, outdoor games, sensory, storytime, calming worship, missions, and more as they journey to SOARLand, playing games with their team, and learning how the Lord directs our paths. Camp at Abundant Life Church (304 SW Persels Rd. Lee's Summit, MO 64081) is the week of July 8-12, 2024, from 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. Campers must be 3 years old as of January 1, 2024 to attend camp and there is no age limit. All diagnoses and support needs are welcomed! The cost is $499 per camper which includes lunch and two snacks each day, one camp t-shirt, all activity costs, and any 1:1 behavioral and medical support they might need. Each camper ticket also has an additional $17.50 non-refundable registration fee.
