The Johnson County Community College Procurement Department, Kansas SBDC and Kansas PTAC are excited to host you for the inaugural Supplier Diversity Reverse Expo, Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 10 am – 2pm at Johnson County Community College, Regnier Center – Room 101, 12345 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66210. JCCC Supplier Diversity Reverse Expo was created to assist diverse businesses getting connected with Federal agencies, State of Kansas, local Kansas county/municipal procurement, local educational institutions, local certifying entities, prime contractors and potential opportunities as well as provide our exhibitors leads for more diverse vendor pools. Cenicienta: A Bilingual Cinderella Story

Using everyday objects, 10-year-old Belinda recreates the classic tale of Cinderella. This captivating retelling tackles cultural heritage, family and the power of language. Glass Half Full Theatre from Austin, Texas, presents its award-winning “story within a story” using puppetry, Spanish and English. As Belinda confronts her stepmother and stepsisters, she’ll learn to stand up for herself while embracing her love of poetry. This captivating Cinderella for all ages tackles cultural heritage, family and the power of language. Recommended for students Grades K-6.

Roots powerhouse duo The Small Glories – Cara Luft and J.D. Edwards – are a musical tour-de-force partnership planted on the Canadian prairies. With a stage banter striking a unique balance between slapstick and sermon, these veteran singer-songwriters have a way of making time disappear, rooms shrink and audiences feel as if they are onstage with the band writing, living and performing the songs.

She’ll also talk about the organization’s vision and continued momentum we’ll see in the coming months, that will elevate the sport and the entire KC area.
