Are you buying a business? Or are you one of 10,000 Baby Boomers who are retiring every DAY and planning to sell your business? How much is the business worth? We’ll look at a real-life example and business valuation techniques, including multiples of revenue and/or earnings and comparable sales. We’ll also discuss red flags, how to determine if it’s a good business to buy, and best practices whether as buyer or seller. Presented by: Vince Haworth, Director of the Kansas Small Business Developments Center’s Capital Access Center John Addessi, Business Advisor at Johnson County Community College’s Kansas Small Business Development Center
