Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) is a national effort coordinated by the American Association of Persons with Disabilities (AAPD) to promote career development for students and job-seekers with disabilities through hands-on career exploration and ongoing mentoring relationships. We are still needing employers for our vendor booths.  There are also opportunities to volunteer to conduct mock interviews and resume assistance.  There is no cost to have a table at this event which will be held at MNU here in Olathe,  and it is a great outreach opportunity. 8:00 – 8:30 AM Check In 8:30 – 10:30 AM Job Seekers visit w/Service Organizations & Employers 11:30 – 1:00 PM Optional Lunch Deadline for booth registration and fees: KS-Friday October 20,2023 For more information: http://www.dmdkc.org/
