We’ll come together at Black Bob Park to flow through 108 Sun Salutations, a traditional yoga practice that symbolizes purification, reflection, and transformation. Whether you complete all 108 or move at your own pace, this practice is a moving meditation designed to ignite energy, release what no longer serves you, and set clear intentions for the season ahead. ??
