What a night; May Fourth Friday event packed downtown

Wow, the first Fourth Friday event of 2023 was an enormous hit.

The annual celebration, sponsored by the Olathe Chamber of Commerce’s Olathe Convention & Visitors Bureau rocked downtown Olathe last Friday as thousands made their way to the heart of our wonderful city.

Mr. Stinky Feet got the crowd going at Junque Drawer and the Sip ‘n’ Shop event along Cherry Street was packed all night. The beer garden, face painters, balloon artist and food trucks were busy all night, too.

And let’s not forget JAM: Jackson and Mars, on the main stage. He kept the crowd entertained throughout the evening.

Fourth Fridays is presented by Honda and Subaru of Olathe. And a big thanks to our other Fourth Fridays sponsors Azura Credit Union, City of Olathe, Fry Orthodontics, Humana, Olathe Communities that Care and Tommy’s Express Car Wash.

The fun continues next month at the June Fourth Friday event on June 23. Join us for another great event featuring food trucks, fun and KC/DC on the main stage. Keep up with everything going on here. See you next month.
