Splash Into Summer

Looking for ways to cool off this season? Olathe has plenty of fun for the family!  From lakes to splash pads, there is never ending fun this summer. Check out our suggestions below on pools, lakes, and even some frozen sweet treats.   

Lake Olathe Swim Beach
Lake Olathe is home to a swim beach and marina on the 170-acre lake.  Rentals are available to get out and enjoy the water!  You can enjoy canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boats at the marina.  There is also a floating obstacle course in the water, The Aqua Park.

Lake Olathe Splash Pad & Creek
Kids can enjoy 2 splash pads, a sand area, and a creek to cool off and enjoy the water.  This creek and splash pad has areas for all ages, with plenty of trees and shaded areas for families to set up chairs or picnic blankets.

Black Bob Bay 
A water park in Olathe? Black Bob Bay boasts shallow water play structures, raft water slides, lazy river, dive well, baby pool, lap pool, and a shelter that is available to rent.

Milk Creek Pool and Frontier Pool
These pool amenities are a water slide, zero depth entry, dive well, spray features and a lap pool.

Olathe Community Center Pool 
This indoor pool has a zero entry leisure pool, lazy river, rock climbing walls, waterfalls, and two water slides. Looking to swim laps? Enjoy the 4 lane lap pool and then enjoy the hot tub!
