SIMMONS BANK ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF DAVID PEER TO KANSAS REGION LENDING TEAM
Pine Bluff, Arkansas, April 14, 2015 – Simmons Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Simmons First National Corporation, today announced the addition J. David Peer as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender to the Kansas Region lending team.
Peer brings more than 26 years of commercial lending experience to the Simmons Bank family with the previous 12 years being in the Kansas City and Lee’s Summit, Missouri market area. Peer has previously held the titles of Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer within the market area.
Peer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and is a graduate of the Independent Community Bankers Association School of Credit Analysis and Loan Review. Peer has successfully completed the Missouri Bankers Association School of Banking, with honors, and the association’s Ag Lending School.
Peer is a member of the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City.
