Become more efficient Nov. 7 at JCCC’s Microsoft Office Conference

 

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – If you’re interested in learning how Microsoft Office can help you become more organized and efficient at work and at home, then attend a special conference on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Johnson County Community College.

 

New and veteran users of Microsoft Office software will benefit from learning new tools and functions, timesaving tips and expert advice. The conference will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Regnier Center at JCCC.

 

The cost of the conference is $25 and includes a catered lunch where you can network with the presenters and other participants.

 

The keynote presentation will focus on the new features in Windows 10, the changes in the Desktop and the Start Menu, as well as the evolution from Windows 7 to Windows 8 to Windows 10.  Upgrade and installation strategies will also be addressed.

 

Other presenters will cover everything from new features of Office 2016 to going paperless with Office 365 to working with images in PowerPoint.

  • Access – Using Access to Manage Date: Importing and Linking to External Data

 

  • PowerPoint – Isolating Images

 

  • Access – Saving Your Business Using Access

 

  • PowerPoint – Working with Complex Photos
