Betty Simmons earns Top Honors at RE/MAX Mid-States Annual Awards Banquet
RE/MAX Best Associates of Overland Park congratulates Betty Simmons on earning the RE/MAX Career Hall of Fame award.
The Hall of Fame is awarded to RE/MAX Realtors earning over $1 million in sales commission during their career with RE/MAX. Due to Betty’s tremendous RE/MAX sales production, commitment to quality, work ethic and customer service, Betty has surpassed the earnings milestone. In 2015, less than two percent of all RE/MAX affiliates earned this prestigious award. She received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, as well as, the Platinum Club Award for 2016
Betty Simmons is truly a self-motivated individual. She has been an active licensed realtor since 2005. Betty has been affiliated with RE/MAX Best Associates her entire real estate career. For over 11 years, Betty has consistently earned the RE/MAX Executive Club and 100% Club, and in 2016 she has earned the Platinum Club. These awards are presented to agents for multi-million dollar sales production. In 2016. Betty reached the milestone of the RE/MAX Career Hall of Fame Award.
Betty has built her business through her commitment to integrity and customer service. She has been nominated as a Five Star Agent in customer service since 2008 which is the top 6 percent of all agents in the Kansas City metro area. She also started her own business, Rental Home KC, in 2007 and her company has leased over 850 homes while she continued selling homes full-time. She feels the synergy of her RE/MAX business and her rental business has created a winning combination. She is developing the Betty Simmons Team to grow her business to yet another level.
She has been a very active member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce for over 25 years and has served on various committees…Board of Directors (2015), Economic Development Council (2017), Ambassadors (10 years) and Membership Council (15 years). She was recently selected for the prestigious honor 2016 – Ambassador of the Year.
