The Olathe Chamber of Commerce presents an update to our Olathe Chamber bylaws. Our Board of Directors has approved the changes to our governing documents and these slight changes are made available to membership. The two adjustments are moving the selection of Board of Directors up a month and adjusting the wording on securing surety bonds from the Board shall require approval to the Board may require approval. Members can petition the Chamber about any of the changes. Said petition needs to be signed by at least five percent of the Chamber membership. Such petitions must be delivered by the close of business on Wednesday, July 26.
