Participants will hear a firsthand account from a neurodivergent individual sharing his employment experience, offering valuable lived perspective. The session will also explore practical strategies and provide actionable steps to foster more inclusive, accessible, and supportive workplace environments.     The April Business Breakfast brings together community organizations, employers, and advocates to spotlight the powerful impact of second chance hiring. This event is designed to spark meaningful dialogue around the many benefits of supporting justice-involved individuals as they enter or re-enter the workforce. In addition, the event highlights innovative partnerships in second chance hiring, most notably the ongoing partnership between NCircle and JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE). Together, these organizations are expanding training pathways, strengthening support systems, and helping employers build stronger, more resilient talent pipelines.
