April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Promise of Hope aims to raise awareness about child abuse and its profound impact on the children served by CASA. In 2025, CASA will host a pickleball tournament to inspire community engagement through active fun and showcase our positive impact on the children we support.

Join us Sunday, February 18th from 4-7pm for our pickleball tournament hosted by Chicken & Pickle in Overland Park. 24 teams will compete to take home the championship within our sports bracket! Bring your paddle, your team, and your pickleball skill, but please leave your outside food and drink at home. Worried about refreshments? Don't be! Chicken and Pickle knows how to throw a good party, and their food is incredible. Plus, Chicken n Pickle is hosting a Community Cup Fundraiser for Prairie Paws the last two weeks of February. This means that if you purchase a green cup for beverages the night of the tourney, $1.00 of your purchase will go to Prairie Paws, and $0.25 of every soft drink will benefit us as well! Sign up as a team or individual today! *If you sign up as an individual, you will automatically be placed with another individual. If you have a person you'd like to play with, sign up with the team tickets!
