IT Professionals: Join us for the IT Round Table at the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. The topic will be the adoption and use of A.I. in the workplace, and after the presentations we will have an open discussion session to get your questions answered about this new technology. Our speakers are: Tyler Kisling, Focal Point Business Tyler Kisling is a Certified Business and Executive Coach with more than 30 years of experience in technology, data, and enterprise software sales, including the last 17 years with IBM and Teradata. Throughout his career, Tyler worked with complex organizations navigating changing technology, competing priorities, and the constant pressure to adapt and execute. Today, he brings that experience into his coaching practice, helping business owners and leadership teams gain clarity, improve execution, and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. A key area of focus is helping leaders understand how AI can be applied practically within their organizations - not simply as a technology initiative, but as a tool to improve decision-making, productivity, and business performance. Tyler works with leaders who want to stay ahead of change, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and build organizations positioned for sustainable growth.
