Our speakers are: Tyler Kisling, Focal Point Business Tyler Kisling is a Certified Business and Executive Coach with more than 30 years of experience in technology, data, and enterprise software sales, including the last 17 years with IBM and Teradata. Throughout his career, Tyler worked with complex organizations navigating changing technology, competing priorities, and the constant pressure to adapt and execute. Today, he brings that experience into his coaching practice, helping business owners and leadership teams gain clarity, improve execution, and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. A key area of focus is helping leaders understand how AI can be applied practically within their organizations - not simply as a technology initiative, but as a tool to improve decision-making, productivity, and business performance. Drew Foster, WaterOne Drew Foster is the Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer at WaterOne, where he oversees infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives and serves as a subject matter expert on artificial intelligence. Prior to WaterOne, Drew was the IT Architect for KVC Health Systems and, before that, the IT Director for SEK Mental Health Center. His experience spans enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and the practical application of AI. He has spent significant time researching and evaluating AI technologies, developing prompting best practices, introducing AI tools within engineering teams, and advising on AI governance and policy considerations.
