Ribbon Cutting at K-State Olathe’s New Bulk Solids Technology Center

Kansas State University Olathe invites you to a celebration marking a key milestone in our strategic efforts to support the region’s advanced manufacturing industry. Join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for K-State Olathe’s Bulk Solids Technology Center on Wednesday, Jan. 7! 

 As the only university-center facility of its kind in North America, this state-of-the-art center will play a pivotal role in strengthening workforce training, driving applied research and accelerating industry partnerships. The anchor of the campus’ new Advanced Manufacturing Hub, the Bulk Solids Technology Center will now hold hands-on training courses on site. Once the equipment is fully tested and commissioned, the facility will test new protocols and troubleshoot companies' systems beginning in Summer 2026.
