The Association of the United States Army is a nonprofit educational and professional development association serving America’s Army and supporters of a strong national defense. AUSA provides a voice for the Army, supports the Soldier, and honors those who have served in order to advance the security of the nation.

KC AUSA Women’s Program partners with local organizations to offer opportunities specifically designed for educating and advancing women.
Women’s Program Mission
KC AUSA Women’s Program supports female soldiers, their families, and Army civilians; provides a voice for Army Women and honors those women who have served. As the Army’s premier, nonprofit, educational, and professional association, we:
– Educate the women we serve with programs, products, resources, and events; with an emphasis on assisting companies that wish to diversify their workforce with qualified candidates.
– Inform our members and local officials about issues affecting America’s Army Women – Regular Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve.
– Connect America’s Total Army, its industry partners, like-minded associations, and other supporters at the Kansas City chapter level.
