Projected Attendance: 4,200 - 4,700 attendees per event Audience: residents, visitors, businesses Our Fourth Friday Series has become a family friendly summer tradition in Olathe. This free event offers live music, kids’ activities, food trucks, beer gardens, and so much more. Join us to highlight and promote your business. Offer marketing materials, promotions, sell products or services, offer samples, and much more.   *Vendor Booth – All Vendors are required to bring all necessary items for their booth, including table, chairs, tent, product, and more. *Please list (as "attendees") the person/persons who will be physically in charge of the booth at the event to allow communication with the event organizers. *Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather cancellations. *We encourage all booths to have a children’s friendly activity to aid in attendee interaction. **If sales are made, paperwork from the Kansas Dept. of Revenue for sales tax is required to be submitted on your behalf.
