Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is both widely researched and practiced. Probably most of you reading this description have some training and familiarity with CBT. And although it can be effective in facilitating psychological and behavioral change for many patients, as you probably know it is often experienced by clients as difficult to practice and sustain. This workshop will blend the core elements of CBT with components of other therapeutic approaches specifically designed to lower client resistance, and present practical, client-friendly tools for fostering client engagement and receptivity.
