Furniture Mall of Kansas announced plans this week to open a third mall at the 160,000-square-foot building at 2125 E. Kansas City Road; the company has two other locations in Topeka and Lawrence. The furniture outlet is expected to employ about 155.
The second of the two buildings in the former Benchmark complex, a 240,000-square-foot building, is currently for sale by NorthPoint Development. We hope to have news to share with you regarding its tenancy soon as well.
